Tapering in the heat of Hawaii

Today was a 3km swim in the morning and a 1 hour easy run with fellow Aussie, and king of the budgy smuggler, Tim Reed.

Tim I'm an Australian Triathlete and four time winner of the Long Distance Triathlon (2008 Busselton, 2010 and 2011 in Copenhagen and 2016 Cairns).
